Cold doughnuts when Hot Sign is On

I went to Burbank Ca location at 10:55 am. Hot Sign was on and there was a large line at the drive-through. When I received my order the doughnuts were cold. I parked and went inside to see if they repaced with warm ones. I was not the only one that was bringing this to managers’ attention.... Read more➤

Sanitary problem,

Visit the Toledo, Ohio Krispy Kreme on Secor Rd. 03/08/ 2020 8:19am. Observed employee removing four covered donuts racks from outside dumpster bin to inside. Ask the manager why was the racks stored outside next to the dumpster where garbage was on the ground, (have photos). My question to her was why not keep the racks inside.... Read more➤
