Cold doughnuts when Hot Sign is On

I went to Burbank Ca location at 10:55 am. Hot Sign was on and there was a large line at the drive-through. When I received my order the doughnuts were cold. I parked and went inside to see if they repaced with warm ones. I was not the only one that was bringing this to managers' attention. Manager George Barills was very rude and seemed to have no clue as to what we are dealing with as a nation. He was oblivious to the health epidemic and was very combative. I was shocked by his attitude. This is a time that if we are going to support the open businesses, the businesses should not take our patronage for granted. Very poor service will not be back. User's recommendation: Avoid this location.
