Most stores don’t even have 1/2 the selection Krispy Kreme makes

The store closest to me only makes 14! No apple filled, *** easier to what they DO have! I’d have to go to 2 different stores to get what I want. Like going to Baskin Robbins to find out all they got is chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, mango &; Oreo cookie User’s recommendation: Go LOCAL!

Kept debit card and no correspondence with me at the drive thru window.

Rudeness-and they also didn’t return my debit card at the drive thru. I had to drive between eight and 10 miles return trip back to Krispy Kreme to get my debit card as I was not even given an apology it was just handed to me not very customer concerned.

Donut quality

I am a loyalty member, but have stopped shopping with KK. Once in a while I try to give KK another shot and always EXTREMELY disappointed. Strawberry Lemonade…a complete mess and NOTHING LIKE YOUR ADVERTISEMENT ON THE BOARD. I give up.
