I'm very, very disappointed... in another hairdresser who doesn't know / doesn't want a regular customer. I got to know this salon through coupon offers. I once bought three coupons for pinch whitening and cutting (for pinch whitening purposes I am forced to visit hairdressers at least every two months). I really liked the salon, and specifically the hairdresser Linda, who was assigned to me on the very first visit, and with whom I also held all subsequent visits. Everything was cool, I liked the attitude, the carefully provided service, despite the fact that the service was provided as a coupon. After a third visit to the coupon, the hairdresser kindly and diplomatically offered not to buy a coupon in the future, to come just for the same coupon price.The offer satisfied me even more and I did it. Every month and a half or two I went to Linda, who seemed to be "her" hairdresser. Everything was super! Our cooperation lasted exactly one year. Until the last time, I was served for an hour and a half instead of the usual two and a half hours, and unfortunately I didn't find out in the cabin on the spot that I was actually beaten up. After a couple of days, I realized that I looked at myself in the mirror with dislike, that the roots were so dark, well, I would never say that I had been to the hairdresser a few days before. My dissatisfaction with my appearance (I was not as bright, blonde as I would have liked, and as usual) grew in stature, until one month after Coretti's last visit I went again to a hairdresser in another Canadian city, which for this reason I can not visit when I should. Well, here's what this hairdresser told me,that the hair does not appear to have been bleached close to the roots (although this has always been done before, as I had said that it is safe to bleach as close to the roots as possible because there is no allergic reaction to bleach), while the strands at the back of the neck have not been bleached at all. Here's also why I was released in an hour and a half! It is not possible to provide a quality service so fast, as I had wanted as a well-known customer. If it seemed like what was there for whitening the hair on the back of the neck, then the hairdresser was well aware that I mostly wore hair pinned to the back of the neck with a hairpin on a daily basis.also clear why I was released in an hour and a half! In one word - pathetic! The worst thing is that the hairdresser probably thinks the customer is a fool. That he is already terribly accustomed that the client will now eat from his hand and will be able to measure everything for him. Unfortunately, not for the first time in my life, but again I am looking for a new "own" hairdresser!
