Should be illegal

They purchased our old propane company…..we had propane enough for a long time…..they came and put 158.00 in without permission…..then when we disagreed with their tactics they came and took the part needed to use the propane….propane we actually had paid for to the other company…..they gave us a smaller tank….charged us 4.99 per unit for their...
