Incorrect information, hope.
I am very unhappy with the service. Wanting to extend the term of your loan, for which the branch told me that there can be no problems and this term can be extended, you only have to pay a commission of 25 dollars. We wrote a submission to which I was told to wait 2 days for a response. With which I got wet and waited, because it was hoped that the deadline would be extended. The answer is given only within 1 hour (by phone), told that you need to log in to the Internet bank and make a request, but only in the comment should specify "extension of the term for an existing loan", I believe that it can be make an affiliate, where I arrived when I filled out the application. As a reassurance, I once again asked a woman who spoke to me on the phone: '' or so, really, could I extend the term for a fee of 25USD '', to which I replied: '' yes, of course, no problem, everything can be done. '' Why couldn't I tell the branch that the term of the loan could not be extended? But no, the service specialist: '' write the application '', in a phone conversation, the service specialist: '' write the request '', and in the end you simply reject the person. It is very unprofessional on your part, giving the person hope and the least opportunity to do something for their situation, I was willing to pay 25 dollars just to be able to do this extension for 5 years. I really want both the service and the unprofessional, inaccurate information.
