2018. On June 21, 2006, I purchased a TV set Sencor 43” (SN. 43US5002020080172) for 273.69 USD in the online store www.1k.com (SIA Americas Eksports). I found that the TV screen has one pixel (led dot) that is not working. On June 28, 2018, it was possible to return the TV to the seller, it was done. The seller of the TV assumed and informed that it will be passed on for diagnostics and the result will inform me within 2 to 4 weeks. Pursuant to Article 12 (6) of the Law on Consumer Protection, the money had to be returned within 14 days of the return of the goods, which has still not happened. Every time you call the seller, there are reservations that the product has been handed over to the manufacturer and there is still no diagnostic record.
