Horrible booking agency

Left my son stranded overseas, took over a week to even get them on the phone and that took over two hours on hold !!!!! Then they wanted to charge additional for their screw-up User’s recommendation: Stay Away from KLM.

Very arrogant Racist and Bullying Treatment from KLM PILOT and almost a year of KLM ignoring my Complaints and Refunds me for my crush Suitcase and Laptop.

KLM MVKBZQ : my last case # C-426**** I have plan to fill a complaints with the EU Commission against Racism &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Discrimination over KLM Bulllying and Inhumane treatment of Color People traveling with Klm in 2021 those Violations can no longer be ignored.
