The film was due to start at 6. 15pm, tickets were purchased a few days in advance. When we come to the cinema, we find out that the film will start not at 6. 15 pm, but at 6. 15 pm. which we learned only from the boy who checks the tickets, the announcement was only at the box office in small letters, but if we bought the ticket in advance, we do not go there and there were a lot of us. You can still wait a good hour. 19. 00 we meet in the hall, which is full, because the film premieres. We waited until almost 20. 00 the film did not start, when our patience ran out we went to ask for the money back, which we also received, but for questions or even the film tonight will show where the management is,who is in charge here, why no employee goes to the hall and does not say that there will be no movies, or it will start later... at least something... no answers were given. We did not expect an apology either. Promised to go to announce that there will be no movies, because there were still 99% of viewers in the hall, who waited patiently, doubt whether it was done. I think it was done specifically to avoid crowding at the box office. What is most unfortunate is the children, who were also quite a few people who had little free time to travel long distances, for example, from the countryside.
