Today I faced a problem at the cinema silverscreen - tickets bought in advance, a large section of the road from Townsville has been driven, although now the road is being repaired there and you have to drive either through a bend or through traffic lights, but the movie will not. Since I bought tickets through their website, my contacts are available there. I paid and arrived for a service I didn't receive!It would feel like if you hadn't got them in your hand, the money would have been under the cat's tail. Why isn't the money automatically returned to those who bought tickets through HIS OWN WEBSITE? Why not just transfer the money back? I still have to look for them in my hand, then I am told to send them my complaint to them by e-mail, and in the end I am told that I am guilty, see, I did not check their citizens and I ran to Darwin! In my opinion, they had to contact those who had bought tickets online. There were definitely not many of them, because on Wednesday I was the only one who was mad, and I already said that my contact information was available to them.
