Very bad experience …

I had an auto loan with Kinecta Fed C/Union … payments made by auto draft generated from them to an account I have with another credit union … after my loan was paid in full, Kinecta kept drafting my account and admitted the draft was being made in error and offered to ” snail mail” a check...
