Very bad experience …

I had an auto loan with Kinecta Fed C/Union ... payments made by auto draft generated from them to an account I have with another credit union ... after my loan was paid in full, Kinecta kept drafting my account and admitted the draft was being made in error and offered to " snail mail" a check to me .. HUH? they drafted my account electronically which takes a few seconds, then wants me to wait until they get around to writing me a paper check, then wait for the mail delivery, then drive to my bank to deposit the money that never should have been drafted in the first place ... this is one of the poorest excuses of a credit union ever.
