Poor customer service
Before posting this event here, I tried to negotiate it with the staff of the educational institution. My son graduated from an educational institution in June this year, did not come to graduation due to health conditions, so he did not get his educational documents. He informed his tutor that he would not attend the graduation, who informed him that it would be possible to obtain educational documents at any time, as the school is open all summer. Of course, at the end of July, when we arrived at the educational institution, it turned out that the secretary was on vacation and no one else was giving these documents, and we were also told that we would be able to get them around August 21, when the secretary returned from vacation. The State Budget went to the son's nose! Thank God it is possible to apply for grants. And again BUT - on August 21, the son went for the documents and did not issue them again, because the secretary has a lot of work, the documents can be received after August 28. I would like to ask whether it is normal for a document not to be issued during the summer and whether, after the leave, the secretary really does not have 10 minutes to serve the document? Gravel is also on the nose, thanks to the RTRIT administration and its Soviet-era organization. Mom to learn!
