Paint

I have a 2018 hideout the paint on the left side looks like its 10 years old, I emailed keystone and no response, called the dealership they said try and buff the paint. I was thinking I should not have to do anything to a 3-year old fifth wheel.

Deficiencies.

I have a 2020 Fuzion 430 and to date I have 30 deficiencies that need fixed/ repaired. The problem is with Covid and the huge back-log I cant get into the shop for 6-8 months and even then Im being told they cant even get parts. By the time this all happens my warranty…

The call was a waste of time. Absolutely no helpwhatsover. Ended up calling a tech and paid 277. The sad part is a you tube video told me what to do and it would have saved me 250. User’s recommendation: Don’t bother calling. Check you tube videos or call a mobile tech.

Poor service

Poor service, only for a large company, cannot be called, answers to virtual Anete are general and not useful. Everything paid for, after the update shuts down the tv program and now, you need to buy a shortcut tv, before that helio everything is ok. I understand that you can easily find something, but if there is no one to contact, then nothing happens.
