They were supposed to replace my Keurig or give me an update at least in two weeks Monday. I get them seral number. Still waiting to hear from them when they gonna send my other coffee pot out
My keurig wouldnt brew properly. The customer service rep was patient with helping me troubleshoot my coffee maker and the problem got fixed. She also informed me on how to avoid the problem in the future.

Descale light came on. Followed procedure to descale. All lights went out and won’t restart. This machine less than 28 months old. We have one over 8 years old and it works fine
