Poor Service / Fraud

The DHL website states that 21. 12. there was an attempt to deliver, but I did not receive any sms, call or email for delivery. I was at home all day and there was no delivery at all. 2. 5 weeks later, DHL and the store claim that I have not removed the package and therefore it is being sent back. I had also not been notified where the package could be received. Terrible service. Not the first time you have a problem with this company.
