Customer Service
On March 26, 2020 at around 16:20, we acquired the Lion branch of Norvik Bank to pay the bill. · Inu. As befits, we take the numbers and conclude that we have 3 people ahead. Although customers were served by only one operator, we decided that it is not so crazy and will not have to wait longer than the 20th. Unfortunately, met with a thorough disappointment. These 3 people were served for an hour. When, after a long wait, however, our turn arrived, we also noticed the reasons for the long service. In parallel with customer service, the bank's operator wrote text messages from time to time, as well as dealing with (most likely his personal) bill payment, which will not apply to us in any way. And only when the operator had finished with his bills did it come to our bill. While running the computer bill, the operator stopped from time to time to read the incoming text message and, of course, reply to it. On a daily basis it is possible to pay different bills in different banks, it is also common to stay in line longer, because there has been a long queue, but something like that has not yet been seen. Of course, I understand that a bank employee is also human and has a private life, but do I really have to do this when serving customers? Can't all this be done at any time during the break or when there are no customers? I don't know what the bank's management is saying, it may already be normal practice at this bank, but next time I'll advise if it's still not possible to pay my bill at another bank. However, we also think that time is precious, we are tired and do not want to throw it down, waiting for a bank employee whose job it is to serve customers to settle his private affairs and answer all his messages.
