very rude and uninterested attitude
Hello, I tried to call this institution to arrange a shipment. I couldn't call very quickly, and when I did, the other end of the handset was very uninteresting, even for a bored lady. What is it all about the office and what is it about service? I had never encountered anything like that for a long time...
