very rude and uninterested attitude
Hello, I tried to call this institution to arrange a shipment. I couldn't call very quickly, and when I did, the other end of the handset was very uninteresting, even for a bored lady. What is it all about the office and what is it about service? I had never encountered anything like that for a long time... Well, I didn't understand what I had to do tomorrow, will it be a shipment or not?! and to the question whether it is not possible to specify the + -time at least in the afternoon, shouts, no, if you are not at the delivery address, at that moment you will not receive the shipment.
