Warn consumers before they purchase with Kemper

I have had Kemper for 2 years and never had an issue until I was involved in an accident. Since then which is currently today 1 month since the accident. I have not heard anything from the adjuster. The agent quoted a monthly amount and it was different

They quoted 56.00 a month and then they started taking 102.00 a month without warning and then the lady on phone was rude and her tone went 180 degrees when i Cancelled User’s recommendation: Do not carry this insurance.
