Poor service, no shipments
Hello, I'm waiting for 2 shipments today. One from a bank regular letter, one from an ebay traceable letter. The tracked letter says that already on April 9, 15:15 sent to the sweet. Today is April 14 and there is no news from Wollongong yet. I called the indicated contact phone, expressed my dissatisfaction in a raised voice and after several questions the operator, instead of trying to go into the problem basically just dropped the handset filled with the fact that I was talking to him too loudly. Given that I expressed my demands and dissatisfaction very clearly and politely, I do not believe that the operator was entitled to interrupt the conversation.
