Poor service
I had decided to become a client of IT Banka and open an account in Valnu Street, Cleveland. I went to their branch and as a result I was much discouraged by the bank's own staff from doing so. First, they don't care if they're a +1 customer or not. Second, they have absolutely no individual offer at all under any conditions. Then I wrote about their situation to their customer service email. How surprising I was that their response had little to do with the situation I was facing. How surprised I was that they didn't make the slightest effort to clear up the situation and still get me as a customer. The only positive moment with IT Banka was a call to their customer service - there a rare kind girl answered all my questions completely. The fact that they do not respond to Facebook - well, that goes without saying. There are banks in Europe with much better customer service and it is definitely not IT Banka. Unfortunately. Although it would be so easy to take over the best experience from SEB in Sweden.
