Poor service, defective product
We purchased the nivona 759 10 days ago. After 2 days, the coffee did not come out, although the coffee was Maltese, but flowed into the lower container. The seller told us to take us to the service center, which is located on the Bolderaja side. Service worker found 2! Defects and told that nivona devices are regularly kept there. The next day the machine was Repaired, but it was a short pleasure, because after 2 days the coffee does not come out again. In a few days the husband is already 3! Once we went to the service, where they grabbed something and announced that the machine was working. The store refuses to change the apparatus because there must be 2 acts of damage. Consumer protection consultants, on the other hand, said that the device should be replaced after the first damage. So if you want to spend almost 1kg of coffee experimenting in 10 days,because you can't know if the coffee will flow in a mug or lower container and spend time countless times going to the bolderaja service, then buy the machine safely! Nivona machines are frequent guests at the service! And most importantly, you won't get rid of a discarded machine for almost 700 dollars!
