Ignoring deadlines and despising the customer.

I am very outraged by the institution's attitude towards customers. The rules written in the Repair Receipt are not observed. Excessively long time for repairs, I carried my cell phone back in a month and a half. Calling the service states that it will be ready in a couple of days, and it's been almost two months.
