Intolerance
I am disappointed with AuAir's attitude. Purms for a while we bought tickets for the flight at Christmas. We noticed the possibility to pay in installments. That amount was not small at that time, we didn't think for a long time and took what was divided. At first everything was ok we paid for. As specified, up to 3 payments. In the third payment, when the payment had to be made 2 times in one month, we did not track and did not pay ahead of time. There was no e-mail reminder and due to poor internet payment did not go online, our registration was immediately canceled. No matter how hard I tried to negotiate options for penalty interest and other options, I was coldly denied. For the fact that the reminder did not come as before, I received only silence. Only the possibility of "maybe" was expressedallow to pay an additional amount of 360 dollars plus the real amount. Of course we do not have such money and we chose another airline, but of course we lost the amount paid. Thanks to AuAir for the spoiled upcoming family holiday and intolerance of former customers.
