I am just tired of paying for stuff I don’t get it I love the merchandise from Joann Until there’s a different carrier I won’t be purchasing any products and FedEx says it’s not their fault was

Package not received taken it to the wrong address third time this is happened I don’t receive my merchandise I pay for it and I don’t receive it User’s recommendation: I won’t order anything else three times somebody has gotten my merchandise I have a fixed income I can’t afford to buy everybody else’s items.

cut fabric askew and overcharged. Joann customer sservice provided an e-gift card of $10 to rectify. User’s recommendation: Watch the fabric being cut at the time and ask for recut then.
