Poor service
I have had both non-American speaking drivers and such strangers that I feel that they care about me because they are not American speakers themselves, but those who do not want to turn in the opposite direction to drive a car so that I do not have to go to the street or search. among all those who stand, but on a good night I experience a terrific hour of service from the dispatchers. Reading the comments left here by other users, the question arises as to whether the dispatchers themselves did not celebrate with a bottle. So I got the situation. Knowing that taxis have to wait a long time, at 22:30 we call Panda Taxi and call it at. 23:00. 22:33 also came a message with the taxi driver's number and the time when the car will be. Everything is great. Let's get ready until 23:00 call the dispatcher and ask if we will go to the airport. I answer that we will drive from Ѓgenskalns to Engarags, where I will receive a comment that there will be no cars. I'm shocked by this and ask, what should I do now when I have a 6 month old baby woken up and ready to drive home? I did not receive an answer to this question, because the dispatcher could not promise that in 15 minutes he would be the next car and hung up.
