Poor service
I still have a negative experience with 110.shop. I ordered the product on 16.01.2018, with courier delivery on 24.01.2018. On January 23, in the second half of the day call to customer service, ask if everything is valid and the product will be delivered on January 24. To which I receive an answer - if the delivery is scheduled for January 24, then the product will be delivered, in short, no problem. On January 24, at 10.27, I receive an SMS that the shipment is delayed, the planned delivery time is now January 31, so another week! It took a real rage, because time was important because the ordered item was meant for a gift. When asked what to tell the jubilee... The answer is grandiose - so to speak, it is delayed. When asked if I can remove the product on site, the answer isthat only for it on January 31st. The question arises, then what the hell are you writing at all, that you can already receive the next day, if the product is not at all. While I was scratching this complaint, I managed to talk to my boss, it turns out that their 110.shop store has been ordering garden furniture for a month. The result of this whole epic is that I ordered the same product in another store today, I can take it out tomorrow. Delivery by courier should also be for tomorrow. The conclusion is that 220 stores will be used for price comparison, they will no longer be used for the purchase of goods!
