Refund for cancelled flight 18 months ago

I live in Phuket. Flew to Sydney in March 2020. Returned flight cancelled. While in Sydney booked flight to Noosa. Flight cancelled. Received 2 credit notes but had to buy a ticket on Thai to get back to Thailand. Credit notes are useless to me User’s recommendation: Don’t fly Jetstar on international routes.

Well using a number I found on your website I contacted their call center ( which is not in Australia) and *** me they were very cooperative and understanding. SIA Reklamas Grupa belongs to 18-year-old Ritvars Dauksts, it is clear that he is only a founder for a small fee. I recommend everyone who has suffered from these fraudsters to report it to the police!
