Unacceptable Customer Treatment
A shipment is not delivered even though the recipient is at the delivery address. The reason is that there is no phone number. By agreeing to receive the shipment at the office at least 3 hours in advance, the package is then searched for at least 40 minutes. Attitude in the office under each criticism, a request to contact one of the senior staff is not answered. The clearest example of a culture of incompetence and low service would be to recommend any other logistics company whenever possible.
