A complaint against a manager

I am assistant manager at the Jersey Mikes in Franklin Park and my coworker which is my general manager had a miscommunications ,and he exploded on me and dealt with it the wrong way unacceptable and he shouldnt be talking to his team members any type of way like that its disrespectful
