I had never received such impolite and unprofessional treatment. For example. Instead of greeting and asking what you want, the first text is a rough voice - a joy. Next starts the mess with emails, no one can tell me if I have received my email with info. One by one, I'll see if there maybe she got it, I don't know, and so on. How can such an unprofessional people work in an institution where people pay a lot of money. They do not inspire great confidence at all.
