Misleading advertising
Absolutely misleading advertising about the offer. 7/1 I returned with 5 of my friends from a trip to Crete. We booked and paid for an offer with a 4-star Golden Beach hotel, but when we arrived at Herakolin Airport, we were given another hotel, Elmi Suits, where we tried to assume that it was the same level of hotel and Golden Beach was not available because it was crowded. What is more surprising, because the trip was bought 3 months in advance and by the time of departure, there was no evidence that it was overcrowded. We weren't lazy and went to the Golden Beach Hotel next door - it's really a normal 4-star hotel with all the standards, both in terms of rooms and service. Elmi Suits, on the other hand, is a parody of the 4 stars, or the room in which we were originally placed,corresponded to the status of a campsite - old furniture, a small room, a shower of half a square meter with a curtain that sticks there, a toilet in yellow from the 80s. It was only when we picked up the big brawl that the hotel staff allowed us to choose other rooms and we walked around many until we found someone who was much less acceptable to live in. At night, I wonder where the big cockroaches, like Madagascar's cockroaches, come from. The food was very mediocre, out of 7 days, only 2 were something that we liked. Alcohol is diluted and the All Inclusive package is only available for their cheap dirt, but if you want normal alcohol, then you have to pay for the All Inclusive Premium. As you can see, the rest was spoiled for us, because the Joy Tour uses misleading advertisements, which here LV is already treated as fraud. I do not recommend other travelers to use the pleasure tour services/ p>
