At the beginning of the month I wanted to call latvenergo number 8400 so that I have internet and calls without limits and + 5 dollars left. on toll numbers I squeezed the number 8400 and waited for about 10 mins for me to play music and no one answers I think I'll call you later but where it can't call you because my 5 dollars is taken for listening to music. Well say it's not a fraud even 1 second did not talk
