Tried to do an exchange and they said no

On their web site is says returns and exchanges. The catch is they don’t accept exchanges. You pay for return shipping and you have to reorder and they will not honor the original price. Stay way!

The return process was too long. Your customer service number was difficult to find and nobody answered the phone. I called multiple times and there was no answer.
