Poor service
Incorrect operators. Therefore, as one consultant puts the action and is done, after calling and informing, says nothing I know, no one to talk to, nothing. We don't have anything like that, we don't understand why it was explained... Maybe we need to be trained so that all employees speak the same thing? No errors are caused by an ignorant employee.
