We signed up for their timeshare exchange program. In the past they have delivered reasonable service. However, II has now added an extremely inconvenient, annoying policy of automatically selling you a magazine you probably don't want with your exchange. Accommodation certificates are provided and sold as a ‘benefit’ to the user, however when trying to exchange, you are limited to the resorts it can be used for which end up being mostly, if not all, all inclusives. the all inclusives are charging more $’s for the ‘inclusive’ part than what you can buy the all inclusive... We booked our spacious three bedroom Gold Point unit in Breckenridge, Co in October of 2011, and requested a 2 bedroom in Park City, UT for March 22, 2012. They had 6 months to find an exchange. Poor service

Customers get a TOP SHOP robot duster when we start trying new dusters If they suspect that something is wrong with this, call the manager, who explained to us what problems we have with their product, then the manager replied that you can bring the product to the place of inspection. The robot dusted us unevenly, cleaned the floor surface and sucked the edges of the carpet, and did not drive back to his power cord-battery. When we ask the operator if we can return the product at all, as we are not satisfied, we receive an answer that no one will return the money to you, even though we, as consumers, have the right to return the product within 14 days. time! We return the product to the senders who did not have a work order! Nobody returned the money to us!
