Lies and Shamelessness

A pattern of worst attitudes reflected in lies and shameless inaction. A mobile phone was ordered and the manager promised that the office would be available from 14:00! I paid 12USD more for the lies of this store than at the competitors. The phone was not only unprepared, but shamelessly lied that they had not promised and I answered with a recording of the conversation! I don't want to imagine solutions to problems at all!
