poor service

We booked the accommodation. through Booking it turned out to be busy // but confirmation had arrived in the morning / we called that THERE WILL BE OTHER DWELLINGS AT A LOWER PRICE. the other accommodation was not good. because I had to share with others. , one room for two hosts and payment took the same on hand / document unfortunately not
