The temperature control on my air fryer quit working

I was using my air fryer and set the temperature at 350*, about 2 minutes into the cooking process it bumped the temperature to 400* and I cannot change it on any setting.

Response to follow up

I tried to test and record the results as instructed in the email but could not recreate the issue. It happened atleast 3 times earlier. Just using the instant pot often hoping to record if it happens again.

Cooking on half way, stopped cooking, and than never be able to turn on the heat again. We need to know if can have technician guy to help to fix it. User’s recommendation: Answer phone call sooner.
