Problems with device

Under pressure my pot loses pressure and blows liquid all over ceiling and, counters. This has happened 3 times. I have taken lid of and repositioned the inside seal. Insta pot vortex handle

Customer service sucks. Said they would send a handle. 4 months later nothing. Cant get ahold of anyone. Should just sue. Walked across kitchen holding basket and it broke off food spilling everywhere. Wont buy another product from them

Broken handle on air fryer
