I ordered a 155.00 order,they have my money and my order was never received. The shopper lied saying she delivered it. This is the second time that this has happened to me. I think the driver kept the food for herself. Customer service takes no interest in resolving this issue. User’s recommendation: DON’T USE INSTACART.
I did not receive an item in my order, yet was charged for said item. I have attempted to contact the person for this, with no success.
I used my face scan to log in for Instacart. Which lead to my deactivation. Theres also no customer service for Instacart workers
I still havent received my order or refund its been more than a week you guys asked for my Id and debit card a picture of it I send it its been more than 48 hours and still nothing

Bus ticket
Today, the New York box office asked for a ticket to a certain destination, but I got a ticket 1 stop before. Because the stop I needed is not on the bus stop list! (my chosen stop 500 m further) Reaching the destination of the ticket it rained so I decided to drive to the required stop. When getting out, the driver asked me to show me the ticket, when I presented the ticket I said I had to buy the ticket until the next stop. I offered to pay but the driver refused. The driver embarrassed me in front of the whole bus!
