Poor service

On weekdays, I used to come for coffee early in the morning, from time to time I would "watch "very unkind women (one at the checkout, the other makes coffee). Unkind, if I ask or clarify things, look annoyed with the order (or the customer?), Make coffee carelessly (there were cases with the lid open). Given the prices, quite unpleasant.
