Money not put back into my account

You said I can fund the account via Venmo, but I have to have a pin &; account # to fund the account. But I get the pin after I get the card. What gives?

Hold account NO account with indigo

Alot I’m tired of putting an account in and they say they want business but every time I go to put a check in it says not available my account is on hold *** I’ve never had an account with them do it and get it done User’s recommendation: No way would I tell anyone about you.
