Wrong number keeps saying Genesis not indigo they can’t help me

I do not have an account with indigo or Genesis I want my check cashing fixed an account of hold and I don’t have them I can cash a check at h&;r block or Ace or current because it will not let me cash a check *** I need my check cashing abilities back
