My gold plan was not recognized even though I renewed.

I had Incredimail for many years. I was very happy with them and used them a lot. I really liked the different E-cards and letters. I had purchased the Gold just before I got the notice that they had dissolved and the Gold e-cards and letters are not available, it shows I cannot use them.

LICENCES NOT HONORED

Lost a lot of my eMails when Incredimail shut down servers. I bought my LIFETIME licences with INCREDIMAIL when server started operating. Used Incredimail sinced it began.
