My Roblox gift card will not work

I bought 2 Roblix cards from family dollar, $10.00 each and the card wont work. I tried calling the store. No answer. Tried calling InComm, was on hold for 30 minutes. User’s recommendation: Not to ever purchase giftcards from family dollar.
