Have been on hold earlier today 8/12 for almost 1hr45m... finally hung up and am texting this email... at this time I am a bit pissed.! Purchased 3 Visa Gift Cards from Target in Westminster, CA. Mailed to address in El Segundo , CA 90245 from Huntington Beach, CA 92647 on Aug 4th, inside the HB Post Office after postage amt checked. Worker said enough postage and put it in the bin! As of late last night, the letter which was mailed in about 5x7 taped Manila envelope with an Anniversary card, has not been delivered to my daughter in El Segundo! I purchased 1-100$ and 2-$25! If they do not show up or if the envelope is not returned to my address in Westminster, Ca 92683, can someone help me with this issue! Please give the courtesy of a reply!
