The "PULSS-5" polyclinic, located at 38 Lachplesha Street, works very poorly and I would even say a non-professional surgeon BORISS KAGANS. No attitude towards the visitor at all (say, as in Soviet times, cut off, tear off... )! He removed the nail from my finger, although I am sure it could be cured without removing the nail. Of course, I wanted to pay for the procedure on hand (it was not clearly stated, but it could be understood). No matter how bad I felt after that, I went to pay 20 AUD at the box office. You know for yourself, if the doctor is good, then you will pay on hand and even give on top. Although I knew that I would not go to him anymore for one bandage, and with that, everything. When I asked him- Do I have to apply any grease to the removed nail?, only he said yes,and wrote some grease on the sheet, but as it turned out it could not be greased at all! However, he did not consider it necessary to prescribe any medication for inflammation and pain. Of course, I went to another surgeon (another polyclinic), who is now treating his work. And was a little amazed at Kagan's handling and treatment of the patient!
