Poor service, non-service

The hot water supply was interrupted in the morning of 22. 11. 2020. (Thursday), then late in the evening restored, but 23. 11. 2020. (Friday) in the morning interrupted again and not resumed. An information notice to the public has not been posted. 11/24/2020 by calling the company's contact phone, its representative informed that repairs are needed, but the company does not perform them on holidays. She won't know when anything will be done.
